About the Opportunity: As an Operations Manager within this team, your role will support the MD with running the construction side of all of the projects. Each project will have a project manager on it, but your role will support these managers. You’ll need to problem solve, look ahead, manage labour and costs across multiple sites, all while maintaining client relationships and the company's brand. The MD of this business is looking for someone from a trades background who understands how to build RC frames and groundworks, and has the operational skills to manage multiple sites and multiple teams. You will be his right-hand person. The opportunity to progress into an Operations Director's role exists. About the Salary / Benefits: Packages are always based on individuals’ backgrounds and experience, but as a rough guide, I have been told to target people earning anywhere from £120,000 to £130,000 per annum.
