Role Overview As Registered Manager, you will lead the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance are consistently maintained. You will be responsible for safeguarding, oversight of care plans, and building positive, nurturing relationships with children and young people. Alongside this, you will lead and develop the staff team, manage performance and training, and work in partnership with the local authority and other agencies to deliver the best possible outcomes.
