We’re opening a new brand store in Portsmouth in June 2026 and are looking for a committed Store Manager to lead the retail team and bring the Henri-Lloyd experience to life in store. The Role As Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operation of the store, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving commercial performance. You will play a key role in representing the Henri-Lloyd brand, building strong customer relationships and inspiring your team to perform at their best. This role combines retail leadership, brand storytelling and commercial management. Key Responsibilities • Lead and motivate the store team to deliver outstanding customer service, • Drive store sales and KPI performance and achieve commercial targets, • Ensure the store reflects the premium Henri-Lloyd brand standards, • Manage stock levels, visual merchandising and product presentation, • Build strong relationships with customers and the local community, • Oversee staff scheduling, training and development, • Analyse store performance and implement improvements where required a passion for the outdoors or sailing culture.
