The position we're now recruiting for is a pivotal, wide-ranging role in the business, which is for a Business Analyst & Operations Specialist where the role will have a dual support to (a) the Commercial team in achieving its targets by managing and optimising the forecast-to-cash workflow and (b) to the Managing Director, in helping manage and control the Accounts of the emerging Artisan Spirits Brand Ventures co. and providing key insights to this business also. The position will ensure processes operate efficiently, monitor performance, and provide insight on risks and opportunities impacting business results. This is an exciting time for Artisan Spirits as we look ahead with the full portfolio developing well - the role offers an excellent insight into business operations, with terrific opportunity for making your mark in the business and benefitting long terms from your efforts, Key Responsibilities & Tasks • Weekly, • Manage the order book, ensuring constraints are effectively handled and orders are successfully converted., • Support receivables management by monitoring payment timelines and following up on outstanding invoices., • Oversee A&P management, including claims submissions, stakeholder liaison for query resolution, and tracking performance against targets., • Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of data-driven insights., • Enter and maintain data within business systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and data integrity., • Manage Sales Order Process for Own Brands, • Finance and accounting administration., • Accounts receivable and credit control., • Order processing and invoicing., • Payment processing and banking reconciliation., • Customer service and customer account support., • Reporting and business analysis., • VAT compliance and statutory reporting., • Stock control and order management., • A&P claims administration and accrual management., • General operational support for Own and ANGOSTURA brands. Monthly • Gather and validate market forecasts by SKU and month, providing guidance on submission rates while monitoring variances and key business drivers., • Model latest estimates and assess the impact of variances on overall business performance., • Analyse regional stock cover, communicate potential risks, and allocate volumes for constrained SKUs., • Provide Draft Month End Accounts for Key Responsibilities & Tasks, • Provide rolling 6-12 month updated Cash Flow forecasting, • Stock Valuation Report / Trial Balance for ASBV, • Support the business with the development of individual brand and consolidated business 5 Year Plans, • Help with any adhoc requests we have to work on together to make the business happen. Requirements: • Previous experience in sales support, supply chain, commercial finance, forecasting, or a similar analytical role a strong preference. If not, then a qualifying degree in these areas plus the IT skills detailed below would be critical., • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and communicate insights clearly., • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, lookups, formulas, Power Query, and data analysis tools., • Experience using Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Microsoft Power Apps and Microsoft Power BI, to support reporting, process automation, and data management., • Experience working with large datasets and business reporting systems., • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment., • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy., • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills., • Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams., • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to proactively identify and resolve issues., • Experience with forecasting, stock management, order management, or financial Package (short and long term) and Working Hours etc: • Key working hours would be 8.30am to 5pm - with 1 hour for lunch Monday to Friday, with reasonable flexibility on start / finish times as needed., • Role is office based in Glasgow city centre (West Regent Street - same offices as before), however could evolve to remote based 1 day / week after the first 3 months all running well, • Salary range will vary depending on experience and fit - and would be GBP32-42k p.a. with an annual bonus of up to 15% assuming company and personal objectives are achieved (from August-December'26 would be up to 8%, split 4% personal, 4% company), • AXA-Bupa Private Healthcare would be included after first 3 months, • Pay GBP25 pcm towards personal mobile costs, • Longer Term Share Incentive may be offered after 2 years with the business subject to the candfidate making an excellent and valued contribution to the business
