We’re looking for a Part Time (28 Hours) proactive, client-focused professional to deliver Personal Well Being Services to adult men and young men within the Criminal Justice system. In this dynamic role, you’ll work alongside practitioners and subcontractors to provide tailored support across: • Family & Significant Others, • Lifestyle & Associates, • Emotional Wellbeing What You’ll Be Doing You’ll manage a caseload and deliver impactful, client-centred support through: • Comprehensive risk, initial and ongoing assessments, • Structured 1:1 sessions and group programmes, • Care planning and regular reviews, • Transitional support from prison to community What We’re Looking For You’ll be: • Confident managing a diverse caseload, • Skilled in delivering structured interventions and group facilitation, • Organised, proactive and solution-focused, • Comfortable working across multi-agency environments Join a multidisciplinary, purpose-driven team where your work has visible, measurable impact.
