Paradiso burger and cocktail bar is in the heart of Kingley Court operating on 2 floors, we serve fresh food, amazing cocktails and on the weekends we offer bottomless brunch. Here at paradiso we train our team members to work on the bar and on the floor providing table service so everyone has the knowledge to work in any section. What we are looking for. An expereinced team member who has worked behind the bar and on the floor. You are well organised, presentable, polite, willing to learn and have great customer service skills. Front of house supervisor (12hr) plus service charge. Need to be available evening and weekends. 2 days off in a row. Share of service charge after 2 weeks. Main responsibilities Looking after guests and giving a great experience- setting a great atmosphere in garden and in house Responsible for profitable sales in pizzeria Keeping pizzeria efficient and well organised Ordering drinks and packaging and chemicals. Maintaining correct stock levels at all times. Keeping pizzeria compliant with Health and hygiene checks FOH rota (liaise with FOH manager) Timely set up of Pizzeria and timely pack down Local networking to build customer base Oversee Deliveroo and make sure it is running promotions and running smoothly with stats being hit for prep times, rejections, ratings.
