Are you ideally a CIPD Qualified Senior HR Advisor that is interested in a 12 month fixed term contract based in Hertfordshire (you will need to be on site 4 days per week)? Reporting to an HR Manager, you will be core in supporting the managers and employees on a wide range of HR matters in accordance with legislation and best practice. You will be involved in the following:- • Partner with key stakeholders to deliver HR best practices aligned with business requirements, • Provide advice for general queries on HR policies and procedures to managers and employees, • Support and manage employee relations (ER) matters, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence cases, • Support all data and reporting requirements, • Monitor sickness absence and coordinate with line managers and occupational health to support employee wellbeing and return-to-work processes, • Support workforce planning and other initiatives as required You will need the following experience:- • You will have at demonstrable experience of working at similar HR Advisor level (ideally hold a CIPD level 5) with proven experience working with stakeholders and managing ER matters., • You will have strong communication and relationship management skills, be a team player who is pro-active, adaptable and resilient, and have a solid understanding of HR best practices and employment law. The primary focus for the interim role will be to act as the subject matter expert for our HR systems, supporting the integration and ensuring smooth operations as we transition. Alongside this, the role will provide support with managing payroll administration, employee relations case work, TUPE related activity while helping to align policies and procedures. What you’ll be doing 🎯 • Act as the subject matter expert for HR systems (HiBob and SelectHR), supporting system integration and data migration, • Maintain our HR systems and reporting to ensure our data is accurate and we are appropriately leveraging available tools, systems and technologies to identify trends, and recommend improvements and cost saving opportunities, • Provide support for payroll processes, ensuring compliant, accurate and timely delivery, • Manage employee relations cases, including investigations, disciplinary actions, grievances, performance and absence management, • Contribute to TUPE integration processes, including preparation and attendance and consultation meetings, • Provide pragmatic advice to managers and stakeholders on people related issues ensuring alignment of our culture and values, • Review our existing policies, processes and ways of working to identify opportunities for improvements with a focus on enhancing our employee experience, • Work closely with stakeholders to align policies, procedures and processes to develop, implement, and refine People policies and procedures, • Support talent, performance, and engagement initiatives as the business scales, • Support ad hoc projects in line with business needs and the wider People strategy What experience we think you’ll need 🚀 • Proven experience as a People Operations Partner (or equivalent level) with accountability for delivering in a fast paced, changing environment, • Demonstrable experience with HR systems (ideally HiBob). Experience of leading systems integration is desirable, • Strong employee relations expertise with the ability to guide managers through complex and sensitive cases, • Familiarity with payroll and benefits administrative processes, • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret, evaluate, and present data, • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, • Ability to prioritise, adapt and be agile, • Pragmatic, resilient, and delivery focused mindset with the confidence to challenge constructively where needed, • Demonstrated ability to deliver in environments involving TUPE or large-scale change is desirable At boxxe we believe that business should be about more than just profits.
