About the job 1. Builds and strengthens business relationships for future bookings. Activities include sales calls, and able to generate business from domestic and international leisure and corporate markets. 2. Interacts with travel agencies, corporate and direct guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service level and escalate to Sales Head and Hotel GM & CGM. 3. Professionally conduct routine telemarketing and outside hotel sales activities to identify clients for social and corporate events.
