Reporting to the France & International Sales Director, you will actively contribute to the company’s growth and the development of new international markets. Responsibilities Target Market Definition • Analyze international markets, competition, and assigned customer portfolio, • Identify growth opportunities and key strategic accounts, • Define objectives for acquiring new international clients, • Identify and develop a network of local partners, distributors, or system integrators International Business Development • Implement prospecting actions in targeted markets, • Develop and manage an international network of business partners, • Present products and services to international prospects and clients, • Analyze customer needs and propose appropriate solutions Tenders & Commercial Proposals • Respond to international tenders, • Understand client needs and project challenges, • Develop technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with internal teams, • Prepare pricing and ensure project feasibility and profitability Sales Negotiation • Negotiate commercial and contractual terms with international clients and partners, • Deliver technical demonstrations and product presentations to decision-makers and users, • Support clients throughout their decision-making process Reporting & Sales Monitoring • Provide regular reporting to the Sales Director, • Monitor progress of sales actions and achievement of targets, • Share strategic field information with internal departments, • Update and manage sales activity through the CRM (opportunities, pipeline, accounts), • Plan and carry out international business trips (client visits, partner meetings, trade shows) Market Intelligence & Representation • Conduct technological and competitive monitoring across international markets, • Participate in trade shows and international events, • Contribute to promoting the company’s offerings abroad Profile • Master’s degree (Engineering, IT, or Business School), • Minimum 3 years of experience in selling technological or IT solutions, • Good understanding of information systems and technical environments, • Experience or strong interest in international business development, • Strong knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques Languages • Fluent English (mandatory), • French is a plus, • Any additional language is an asset Key Skills • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, • Strong listening and analytical abilities, • Autonomy and entrepreneurial mindset, • Ability to work in an international environment, • Results-driven and proactive attitude, • Ability to build and maintain a professional network What We Offer • A key role in the international development of Systel UK, • Opportunity to work on innovative, international technology projects, • Dynamic environment within an experienced sales team, • Autonomy in developing your markets and client portfolio
