M365 Consultant – Hybrid, Edinburgh (up to £60,000) Nigel Frank is delighted to be working on behalf of a growing organisation who are investing in the future of the digital workplace. We’re looking for an M365 Consultant to help clients get the very best out of Microsoft 365. You’ll be working on projects that improve collaboration, productivity, and engagement, using tools like Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Exchange Online . This is a hands-on consultancy role where you’ll combine technical know-how with great communication skills, guiding clients through design, implementation, and adoption. You’ll also have the chance to stay ahead of the curve with the latest Microsoft innovations, supported by training and certification opportunities. What you’ll be doing • Working closely with clients to understand their challenges and design solutions with Microsoft 365, • Building and delivering technical solutions across Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Exchange Online, • Configuring and integrating Microsoft Modern Work tools into client environments, • Running workshops, training sessions, and providing ongoing adoption support, • Leading on the technical delivery of projects to ensure solutions meet both business and architectural requirements, • Documenting configurations and best practices for future use, • Keeping up to date with Microsoft’s Modern Work roadmap and new features, • Collaborating with colleagues across other digital workplace platforms and products What we’re looking for • Strong experience with Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Exchange Online), • Proven ability to design and implement Microsoft Modern Work solutions, • Good understanding of modern workplace trends and best practices, • Familiarity with project management approaches (Agile, Waterfall, etc.), • Excellent client-facing and communication skills, • Knowledge of SPFx and custom SharePoint development/integration practices, • 2–5 years of consultancy or similar technical experience Nice to have • Cloud migration experience with Microsoft technologies, • Microsoft 365 or Azure certifications, • Experience with Power Automate, PowerShell , or other automation tools, • Exposure to frameworks like React or AngularJS Why join?
