We are looking for candidates with around 1–2 years of deal or analytical experience, ideally in the mid-market. This could come from Private Equity, Venture Capital, Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, Investment Banking, Consulting, or another deal-focused environment that demands strong analytical skills. Key Responsibilities • Analyse companies and markets, producing high-quality reports and insights, • Identify and assess potential investment opportunities, • Contribute to pitches, business plans, and investment committee proposals, • Monitor sector trends and investment themes, collating relevant research and market intelligence, • Conduct company and sector valuations, • Support deal origination and marketing initiatives, • Collaborate with colleagues across offices and teams as required You’ll be joining a close-knit, dynamic team, working on a broad range of UK and international mid-market investments.
