Key Responsibilities Commercial Leadership • Lead the commercial performance of the boutique by driving sales, profitability and sustainable business growth., • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators, including sales performance, conversion rate, average transaction value, units per transaction and operational efficiency., • Develop and implement action plans to maximise commercial opportunities and continuously improve boutique performance., • Plan and execute local initiatives, including product launches, exclusive client events and community partnerships., • Prepare regular business reports and provide strategic recommendations to the Retail Manager and Head Office. Candidate Profile • Minimum of three years' management experience within luxury retail, fragrance, beauty, premium hospitality or another high-end customer-focused environment., • Proven experience leading commercial performance and successfully developing high-performing teams., • Previous experience with boutique openings, retail projects or market launches would be a strong advantage., • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with excellent organisational and leadership skills., • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with an international Head Office., • Genuine passion for niche perfumery, craftsmanship and luxury retail., • Exceptional communication, leadership and coaching abilities., • Fluent English is essential; additional languages are highly desirable., • Flexibility to work weekends, late trading hours and peak retail periods., • Must have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
