Visit us at ___. Role Overview UST FinX is seeking a Marketing Director to lead global marketing, communications, and external engagement across financial services and fintech audiences. This role will shape the firm’s market narrative, strengthen brand positioning, and accelerate growth through strategic marketing, thought leadership, media engagement, and partner‑led initiatives. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in financial services and fintech, a strong network across banking and fintech publications, and the ability to articulate complex subject matter with clarity and authority to executive, investor, and industry audiences. Key Responsibilities Marketing & Brand Strategy • Define and execute the global marketing strategy for UST FinX, aligning brand positioning with business growth objectives across banking, fintech, and financial services., • Develop compelling value propositions that clearly articulate UST FinX’s capabilities across technology, transformation, and innovation., • Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, events, and partner ecosystems. Communications, Media & Thought Leadership • Own external communications strategy, including PR, media relations, and executive positioning., • Leverage established relationships with fintech and banking publications, journalists, and communications platforms to increase visibility and influence., • Position UST FinX executives as industry thought leaders through commentary, speaking engagements, whitepapers, and opinion pieces., • Act as a senior spokesperson when required, communicating confidently and eloquently on complex financial and technology topics. Go‑to‑Market & Commercial Alignment • Partner closely with Sales, Investor Coverage, and senior commercial leaders to support go‑to‑market initiatives and revenue growth., • Develop marketing assets that support enterprise sales cycles, including pitch materials, customer stories, market insights, and industry use cases., • Support international expansion initiatives with localized messaging and market‑specific campaigns. Partner & Ecosystem Marketing • Collaborate with banking, fintech, technology, and platform partners to create joint marketing initiatives and co‑branded campaigns., • Support strategic alliances and ecosystem partnerships through targeted communications and market activation. Market Intelligence & Positioning • Monitor financial services, fintech, and technology trends to inform messaging, campaign focus, and strategic positioning., • Analyze competitor marketing strategies to ensure clear differentiation and market leadership. Leadership & Stakeholder Management • Work closely with senior leadership, product, and delivery teams to ensure consistent, accurate, and compelling messaging., • Manage agencies and external vendors as required, ensuring high standards of execution and ROI. Experience & Profile • Senior‑level experience in marketing, communications, or external affairs within financial services, fintech, technology companies, or global institutions., • Proven track record of building and scaling brand presence in highly regulated, complex industries., • Strong network across fintech and banking media, publications, and industry platforms., • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to speak and write eloquently on technical, commercial, and strategic topics., • Demonstrated experience supporting commercial growth, investor engagement, and international expansion., • Comfortable engaging with C‑suite executives, investors, regulators, partners, and media., • Experience working in fast‑growth, innovation‑driven environments spanning banking, fintech, and technology ecosystems.
