The Role You will provide independent Clerk of Works, quality assurance, compliance monitoring, and technical inspection services across major residential refurbishment and fire safety programmes. Review contractor RAMS, sequencing and resident protection measures. Attend progress meetings and provide technical input. Monitor works including fire stopping, compartmentation and life‑safety installations. Liaise with Resident Liaison Officers regarding quality or safety concerns raised by residents.
