The business operates within the circular economy, focusing on the safe handling, diagnosis, repair, remediation, and end-of-life processing of high-voltage battery systems from Electric Vehicles (EV) and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). This is a hands-on, site-based engineering role working with high-energy HV systems (400V–1000V+ DC) in operational environments. The position requires strong technical capability, formal HV safety awareness, and the ability to act as the technical authority on site. The Role You will take responsibility for the safe diagnosis, repair, dismantling and assessment of lithium-ion battery packs across EV and BESS applications, both at workshop and customer sites. This is not a design role — it is practical, field-focused and safety-critical.
