People Officer, International Location: Central Cambridge (Hybrid working available) Salary: £32,515 per annum Job Type: Full-time or Part-time (minimum 80%) Our client, a prestigious global organisation based in Cambridge is seeking an experienced and well-organised People Officer to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality HR support across an international workforce within a collaborative and supportive team. Typical duties will include • Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on policies and procedures, • Support end-to-end recruitment processes and candidate coordination, • Coordinate onboarding, inductions, and employee lifecycle activities, • Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS data in line with compliance requirements, • Support payroll processes and administration of employee benefits, • Assist with HR projects, policy development, and global initiatives, • Produce HR reports, metrics, and support international teams The ideal candidate will have • Experience in a HR Officer, HR Coordinator, or Senior HR Administrator role, • CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience), • Strong knowledge of HR processes and employment best practice, • Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills, • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems, • Ability to work independently with a high level of confidentiality If this role looks like the new challenge you are looking for, please apply via the advert or contact Emma at Eclectic Recruitment.
