Branch Manager – Cardiff Representing a leading construction distributor | Market leader | Career advancement opportunity Our client, a well-established UK construction distributor, is seeking a commercially astute Branch Manager to lead their flagship showroom in Cardiff. This is a client-facing, senior role with full responsibility for branch performance, revenue growth, and team development. The Role of Branch Manager • Full ownership of branch P&L, budgets, cost control, and overall financial performance, • Lead, motivate, and recruit a high-performing team to achieve and exceed sales and margin targets, • Prospect and build relationships with local industrial, mechanical, and trade customers, • Drive new business growth while strengthening relationships with existing key customers, • Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently delivered, • Manage stock levels, availability, shrinkage, and supplier relationships, • Recruit, train, and performance-manage branch staff, building clear succession within the team, • Use local market knowledge to identify opportunities and respond to competitor activity, • Work closely with regional management to deliver business strategy at branch level About the Company hiring a Branch Manager Our client is a highly respected UK construction distributor with a strong national presence.
