Role Overview Currently we are looking for the Senior Sales Manager who will be responsible for ensuring the success and growth of assigned and development of new client accounts within the Financial Services and Insurance sector in the United Kingdom. The role is focused on driving growth by identifying and acquiring new business opportunities within the Financial Services and Insurance (FSI) sector, with a strong focus on the UK region. Main responsibilities include actively engaging the market to build strategic relationships, win new accounts, and enhance client value through targeted, consultative sales efforts. Responsibilities • Generate new leads and solicit business relationships with new and existing clients, • Responsible for driving pro-active acquisition of new clients and expansion of existing throughout the UK market, with specific focus on penetration into high value prospective clients, • Engage in targeted sales activates based on market research, • Attain and exceed annual sales targets, • Proactively cross-sell and upsell Company solutions and services, • Drive sourcing, building, and delivery of RFPs for named accounts, • Leverage deep knowledge of the firm’s solutions, including Data & AI, SAP, and Custom Applications—to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities during early engagement., • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of sales opportunities from qualified client prospects, • Develop and execute new approaches and opportunities for expanding client base, • Collaborate with global operations to identify and develop service and solution offerings to meet client needs Key Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred), • 10+ years in strategic sales, business development, or consulting roles, ideally in application modernization, systems integration, or IT services, • Previous knowledge or experience in modern Financial Services Banking and Capital Markets) and Insurance sectors, • Track record in successfully engaging new markets and new clients across the region, • Ability to manage and drive revenue of 10+ million USD TCV in both existing business and new business development, • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to speak publicly to groups, and create and develop compelling presentations and collateral and present solutions to customers and prospects, • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all key stakeholders (both internal and external), • Must have high energy level, high degree of integrity, self-motivation, positive attitude, proactive approach to work, and confidence, • Experience of creating and executing sales strategies, business and account plans
