Home Manager – Nursing Home Leicester Up to £85,000 per annum + 20% Bonus (OTE up to £102,000) We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable, family-run care provider for an experienced and dedicated Home Manager to lead a well-established, medium-sized nursing home in Leicester with a Good CQC rating. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive organisation with strong on-site and head office support, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality care and leading your team effectively. The Role Reporting to senior leadership, you will take full responsibility for the safe, effective and compliant day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the highest standards of person-centred nursing care. You will be a hands-on and visible leader, driving performance, developing your team and maintaining strong quality and occupancy levels. Key Responsibilities • Leading the delivery of high-quality, person-centred nursing care, • Ensuring full compliance with CQC regulations and relevant legislation, • Overseeing care planning, medication management and clinical standards, • Managing staffing levels, rotas and agency usage effectively, • Driving occupancy and overseeing resident assessments, • Maintaining strong relationships with families, professionals and stakeholders, • Embedding robust safeguarding, quality assurance and health & safety systems, • Recruiting, developing and performance-managing a high-performing team About You • Proven experience as a Home Manager within a nursing home setting, • Registered Manager status (or eligibility to register), • Strong track record of achieving and maintaining Good CQC ratings, • In-depth knowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding and clinical compliance, • Commercial awareness with experience managing occupancy and staffing costs, • Resilient, adaptable and hands-on leadership style, • Passionate about developing teams and delivering high standards of care Benefits • Salary up to £85,000 per annum, • Bonus of up to 20% based on KPIs including occupancy, staffing, quality and reviews, • OTE up to £102,000, • Strong head office support including HR, recruitment, marketing and facilities, • Supportive, collaborative and family-oriented working environment Apply now if you are looking for an opportunity to lead a well-run, Good-rated nursing home where you can make a real impact and drive continuous improvement
