They are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Customer Account Manager to manage key relationships, drive customer satisfaction, and support strategic projects. About the role You’ll manage a portfolio of customer accounts, including some key accounts, acting as the main point of contact for all commercial and service-related matters. This is a varied role that combines relationship management, commercial analysis, and hands-on problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring strong relationships and high service levels., • Handle RFQs, quoting processes, and provide accurate commercial analysis., • Deliver proactive customer service: order management, delivery updates, and issue resolution., • Support strategic projects and ensure timely responses to complex quotations., • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, purchasing, and quality teams to meet customer needs., • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer experience Experience / Skills • Strong commercial acumen and analytical ability., • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills., • Ability to work effectively across multiple departments., • Resilience and confidence to manage customer expectations in a fast-paced environment., • Ideally, previous experience in a B2B manufacturing environment in customer service or sales support.
