About the Role: As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers. Your role will focus on starting conversations, understanding customer needs, and booking product demonstrations for our Account Executives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in SaaS sales, gain commercial experience, and develop skills in communication, negotiation, and business development. You’ll receive training, coaching, and support from experienced sales leaders to help you succeed. What You’ll Be Doing as a Sales Development Representative: • Reaching out to potential customers through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels, • Researching companies and identifying potential new business opportunities, • Speaking with prospects to understand their business challenges and needs, • Booking product demos for our Account Executives, • Keeping our CRM system (HubSpot and Salesloft) updated with activity and notes, • Working closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to improve messaging and campaigns, • Occasionally supporting industry events or networking opportunities What We’re Looking For: Our client welcomes applications from graduates and early-career professionals who are motivated to start a career in sales.
