Job Role: Business Development Manager Salary:£40,000-£50,000 Location: Leicester We are working with a fast-growing energy consultancy client to recruit an experienced Business Development Manager to support the next phase of their commercial growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven, consultative sales professional to take ownership of winning and developing high-value business customers, while being supported by an established internal operations and administration team. The Role As Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving new business acquisition while also managing and developing a portfolio of existing clients. You'll be responsible for identifying opportunities, closing deals, and building long-term relationships within the commercial energy and utilities space. You'll have full ownership of your accounts and sales pipeline, with strong internal support handling onboarding, reporting, and day-to-day administration—allowing you to focus on growth, relationship management, and revenue generation.
