excellence.\n, • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Finance and European Headquarters to ensure cohesive execution of strategic priorities.\n, • Ensure the organisation maintains strong planning discipline, governance standards and accountability across all business functions.\n, • Drive process improvements that increase organisational effectiveness, improve decision-making quality and reduce complexity.\n, • Establish scalable business processes, governance frameworks and reporting structures that support future growth.\n, • Lead UK & Ireland logistics and distribution functions, ensuring effective demand planning, supply planning, inventory management and fulfilment performance across all channels.\n, • Drive forecasting excellence through robust planning processes, scenario modelling and cross-functional collaboration with Product Management, Sales and Headquarters.\n, • Balance customer requirements, commercial priorities and operational constraints to optimise business outcomes while maintaining healthy inventory levels.\n, • Drive continuous improvement in forecast accuracy, inventory health, service levels and customer fulfilment performance.\n, • Ensure strong collaboration between commercial teams and supply chain functions to maximise revenue opportunities and minimise operational risk.\n, • Develop planning capabilities, tools and governance that improve visibility, responsiveness and execution quality across the business.\n, • Define a clear vision, key focus areas and operating principles for the Strategy, Operations & Supply Chain organisation, communicating regularly to ensure alignment and engagement.\n, • Lead and develop senior managers across Strategy & Business Management, Consumer & Market Insights and Supply Chain functions, providing coaching, support and accountability.\n, • Foster a high-performance culture focused on ownership, collaboration, continuous improvement and commercial impact.\n, • Ensure clarity, governance and consistency across all people management processes, including objective setting, performance reviews, development planning and talent management.\n, • Build organisational capability through succession planning, mentoring and leadership development programmes.\n, • Promote cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams to improve experience within strategy, operations, supply chain, commercial management or business transformation roles.\n, • Demonstrated experience leading large, cross-functional teams within a complex consumer electronics, technology or FMCG organisation.\n, • Deep understanding of strategic planning, business management, commercial performance and operational governance.\n, • Proven experience influencing executive stakeholders and driving alignment across diverse functions and leadership teams.\n, • Strong understanding of demand planning, forecasting, inventory management and end-to-end supply chain operations.\n, • Exceptional analytical capability with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.\n, • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience balancing short-term performance requirements against long-term strategic objectives.\n, • Demonstrated success leading organisational transformation, process improvement and
