Service Delivery Coordinator Base Salary £40k Fully Remote HQ in London The opportunity: As a Service Delivery Coordinator – you’ll be joining a telecoms company responsible for next generation wireless infrastructure. You’ll work in a small team and closely with the Head of Delivery and Head of Programmes to support their key customers. The primary function will be Ticketing & Incident Management- owning and managing all customer tickets via Jira and customer portals. Then you will triage faults, ensuring correct categorisation, prioritisation, and allocation to internal teams or term contractors. It’s a fully remote role, with potential travel into London from time to time for team meetings throughout the year. Day to day In what’s going to be a small team we are looking for someone who can be flexible to meet the flexile demands of the role.
