Whats on Offer £34,000 £38,000 depending on experience Menus changing every 34 days using seasonal, local produce Supportive ownership and an experienced Head Chef Real progression opportunities within a stable business Two consecutive days off each week The Role Support the Head Chef in the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen Lead service and manage the team in the Head Chefs absence Assist with stock control, ordering and maintaining 6871% GP Contribute to seasonal menu development and supplier management Deliver consistently high-quality dishes across breakfast, lunch and dinner About You Experienced Sous Chef or strong Senior Chef de Partie from a fresh-food background Confident leading shifts and motivating a small brigade Good understanding of GP, cost control and menu planning Passionate about seasonal ingredients and creative cooking Reliable, organised and ready to progress Interested?
