Collaborate with the Senior Category Manager to define a clear range and pricing hierarchy aimed at a specific customer target market. Manage and develop a Category Assistant / Assistant Category Manager, ensuring they are aligned, motivated, and supported in their career aspirations. This is a hybrid-based role with travel into our head office based in Crick, Northamptonshire, twice a week.
