Act as the primary lead within Future for the focus suppliers and ensure proactive alignment of distribution and market segment strategy., • Develop a business plan with associated programmes, gain mindshare and acceptance from the organisation and drive success across the EMEA organisation., • Control and communicate NPI to all relevant parties, including Sales, Marketing, Engineering and management., • Communicate supplier strengths, product offerings, roadmaps and strategies effectively across the EMEA organisation in order to target specific / strategic customers where requested., • Work with the technical and Marcom teams to develop and execute on demand creation programmes, including driving the launch and co-ordination of new product offerings. Provide enablers (demos & Marcom material) for product push programmes., • Develop business relationships to a level that will support Future gaining the ‘unfair’ advantage through supplier relationship and matrix development., • Develop tools to track and monitor performance, measure and communicate successes and drive improvements / product push programmes where needed.
