Your Role As an MSK Therapist / Physiotherapist at MCR Injury Clinic, you’ll be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions. Aftercare in the form of exercise prescription will also be a key role of a therapist. Beyond clinical care, you’ll play a vital role in the success of the clinic by maintaining a strong social media presence, building relationships with patients, and upholding our core values. Key Responsibilities • Patient Care & Treatment, • Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans., • Deliver hands-on therapy, rehabilitation exercises, and patient education., • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed., • Provide ongoing support to help patients achieve long-term results. Clinic & Professional Development • Maintain a clean, professional, and organised workspace., • Stay up to date with the latest industry research and techniques., • Engage in continued professional development (CPD) and clinic training., • Actively participate in clinic events and initiatives. Marketing & Business Growth • Maintain a strong social media presence to engage current and potential patients., • Create and share informative content to establish yourself as an expert in MSK therapy., • Support the clinic’s brand by contributing to educational workshops and community outreach., • Build positive relationships with patients to encourage referrals and repeat bookings. Qualifications • A degree in Physiotherapy, Sports Therapy, or a related field., • Registered with HCPC, BASRaT, or STA., • Previous experience in MSK therapy is essential., • Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal anatomy, rehab protocols, and patient care strategies., • Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, patient-focused approach., • Ability to work independently and take initiative., • Willingness to develop your personal brand and contribute to clinic marketing.
