Overview The Mastercard Software Builders Experience (MSBX) team is looking for a Product Manager-Technical to drive the transformation of developer experience across Mastercard. This role will support the enablement of software engineers by improving documentation workflows, streamlining onboarding for internal products, and enhancing platform usability. The Specialist will collaborate across engineering, product, and technical writing teams to ensure developers can build, deploy, and operate high-quality software with speed and confidence.
