• Location: Dominos World Resource Center; 30 Frank Lloyd Wright Dr Ann Arbor MI 48105 (Remote Friday), • Shift: Fulltime; Salary (70%) Prepare timely and accurate financial statements and supplemental reports for the Global Supply Chain Division and perform analytics as requested by internal customers and management • Ensure timely and accurate financial statements and ensure completeness of the general ledger accounting data for area(s) of responsibility, • Ensure that financial statements are in conformance with U.S. GAAP accounting principles, • Ensure that the Companys accounting policies and procedures are being adhered to in preparation of the financial statements, • Review period end close packages and associated financial statements, • Ensure that all balance sheet account reconciliations are completed satisfactorily and on time, • Lead investigation and communicate with internal customers on outstanding accounting issues problems or concerns, • Maintain appropriate internal controls ensuring that there are no significant deficiencies or materials weaknesses, • Analyze the profit and loss statement and identify key business trends including performance to budget flash and prior year, • Act as a resource to internal customers on financial statements and audit requests, • Ensure that all operations and financial personnel receive scheduled reporting on time, • Ensure periodic computations with respect to period profit sharing are correct and mailed to franchisees on a timely basis, • Direct reports Accountant II (1) and Accountant I (4), • Ensure that team is properly trained to perform GL accounting job duties, • Evaluate performance of General Ledger team in compliance with DPLLC job performance and review policies, • Develop team members to create bench strength for the Dominos finance organization, • Provide audit support during SOX and external testing, • Update and maintain SOX process narratives, • Updated and maintain accounting policies and procedures, • Lead the team in testing of system upgrades and/or newly implemented systems, • Assist Company with complying with EPR regulations in Canada and certain U.S. state jurisdictions, • Other ad-hoc requests Qualifications : • Supervisory experience preferred, • Bachelors degree in accounting or finance required, • Minimum of 3 years prior experience in accounting or finance (5 years preferred), • Ability to analyze financial information and prepare financial statements, • Excellent analytical interpersonal oral and written communication skills, • Self-Motivated and able to work independently, • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and database applications, • PeopleSoft Financials and HFM experience a plus Additional Information : Benefits: • Paid Holidays and Vacation, • Medical Dental & Vision benefits that start on the first day of employment, • No-cost mental health support for employee and dependents, • Childcare tuition discounts, • No-cost fitness nutrition and wellness programs, • Fertility benefits, • Adoption assistance, • 401k matching contributions, • 15% off the purchase price of stock Remote Work : No Employment Type : Full-time Key Skills Hyperion,Acquisition,Asset,ABAP,Basic,Activex Experience: years Vacancy: 1
