We are seeking a passionate 2s/3s Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will lead a classroom of young learners, creating a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment that supports each child’s growth. Responsibilities: • Lead the classroom and create a warm, nurturing environment for young children., • Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate activities and projects., • Develop lesson plans aligned with the school’s philosophy and approach., • Create inviting classroom setups with thoughtful provocations and learning experiences., • Foster children’s social, emotional, cognitive development., • Maintain strong, positive relationships with families., • Communicate regularly with families and provide updates on progress., • Lead parent-teacher conferences and complete developmental assessments., • Collaborate with teaching team throughout the day to support children’s needs., • Participate in twice-monthly head teacher meetings and monthly full staff meetings., • Support diapering, toilet training, and daily care routines., • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment., • Bachelor’s degree required., • Availability to begin in August 2026 and participate in any required pre-start onboarding or training., • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Early Childhood Education required., • Strong understanding of child development., • Experience with or exposure to Reggio-inspired learning preferred., • CDA certification preferred., • Hebrew language skills preferred but not required., • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
