High-Ticket Inside Sales Closer – Steel Buildings \n Earn $50K–$70K in Year One | $100K+ for Established Top Performers \n We are a well-established national steel-building company seeking a talented, competitive, and highly motivated Inside Sales Closer to join our sales team. \n This is not a cold-calling position where you spend your day searching for prospects. Our sales representatives work with company-provided leads from customers actively shopping for garages, carports, workshops, and steel buildings. \n We are looking for someone who knows how to do more than send quotes. \n The right person knows how to qualify a customer, uncover what matters to them, build value, handle objections, follow up consistently, and confidently ask for the sale. \n If you are a proven salesperson who enjoys competing, closing high-ticket transactions, and building strong customer relationships, we want to talk to you. \n Compensation \n\n • Base salary of $26,000–$31,000 annually\n, • 20% commission on qualifying sales\n, • Uncapped earning potential\n, • Typical first-year earnings of approximately $50,000–$70,000\n, • Successful established representatives have the ability to earn $100,000+ annually\n\n Your income is directly connected to your ability to sell, follow up, and close. \n Benefits \n\n • Health insurance\n, • Dental insurance\n, • 401(k)\n, • Paid vacation\n, • Paid sick leave\n, • Company-provided sales leads\n, • Established national customer base\n, • Ongoing sales coaching and training\n, • Opportunity for long-term growth\n\n What You’ll Do \n\n • Respond quickly and professionally to inbound sales opportunities\n, • Speak with customers about their building needs, property, budget, timeline, and intended use\n, • Prepare and present building quotes\n, • Help customers compare options, features, financing, and pricing\n, • Develop strong relationships with prospective customers\n, • Consistently follow up by phone, text, and email\n, • Identify the real reason a customer has not moved forward\n, • Handle price, competition, timing, financing, and other objections\n, • Create urgency when appropriate\n, • Confidently ask customers for the sale\n, • Maintain accurate notes, follow-up tasks, and lead statuses in our CRM\n, • Work toward individual and team sales goals\n, • Continue developing your sales skills through coaching, call review, and training\n\n Who We’re Looking For \n We are especially interested in candidates with experience selling higher-ticket products or services, including: \n\n • Home improvement\n, • Roofing\n, • Windows and doors\n, • HVAC\n, • Solar\n, • Construction or building materials\n, • Manufactured or modular homes\n, • RVs\n, • Automotive\n, • Sheds, garages, or outdoor structures\n, • Other high-ticket consumer products or services\n\n Direct steel-building experience is helpful, but not required. \n We would rather hire a talented closer and teach them our product than hire someone who knows the product but does not know how to sell. \n You May Be a Great Fit If You: \n\n • Have a proven track record in sales\n, • Are comfortable selling over the phone\n, • Enjoy working with inbound leads\n, • Know how to ask strong qualifying questions\n, • Listen instead of simply waiting for your turn to speak\n, • Are comfortable discussing financing and large purchases\n, • Don't give up after one follow-up attempt\n, • Can confidently ask for the order\n, • Understand that sending a quote is the beginning of the sales process—not the end\n, • Are competitive and motivated by commission\n, • Take ownership of your leads and results\n, • Are organized and comfortable working in a CRM\n, • Accept coaching and continuously look for ways to improve\n\n What We Are Not Looking For \n This role is probably not the right fit if you: \n\n • Prefer to simply take orders\n, • Send quotes and wait for customers to call back\n, • Are uncomfortable making follow-up calls\n, • Avoid asking customers direct closing questions\n, • Need constant supervision to manage your leads\n, • Are uncomfortable with performance expectations or accountability\n\n Our Sales Philosophy \n We believe great salespeople are consultants and closers. \n Our goal is not to pressure customers. It is to understand what they are trying to accomplish, help them select the right building, overcome legitimate concerns, and give them the confidence to move forward. \n We provide the opportunity, tools, leads, product knowledge, and coaching. \n You bring the drive, discipline, communication skills, and ability to close. \n Interested? \n If you have a strong sales background and believe you can succeed in a high-ticket, performance-driven sales environment, we would like to hear from you. \n Please apply with your résumé and include a brief description of: \n\n • What you currently or most recently sold\n, • Your average transaction size\n, • Your typical monthly or annual sales production\n, • Any sales awards, rankings, quota achievements, or other measurable accomplishments\n\n We are especially interested in candidates who can demonstrate actual sales results.
