Position Overview The Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO. The CAO will oversee and integrate the strategic direction of sales enablement, brand, identity and reputation, training and development, internal communications, culture office, and growth operations. This role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record in enabling revenue growth, fostering organizational culture, and shaping FloresHR’s identity and reputation in the market. Key Responsibilities 1. Sales Enablement • Partner with Head of Growth to build and lead a modern sales enablement function to strengthen alignment between sales and client engagement., • Equip sales teams with the tools, content, and training needed to improve pipeline performance, conversion rates, and client retention., • Develop and create brand team to deliver messaging, playbooks, and insights that differentiate FloresHR in the marketplace. 2. Growth Operations • Establish scalable processes, systems, and analytics for growth functions., • Define and manage reporting frameworks, dashboards, and performance metrics to improve visibility and accountability., • Drive data-driven decision-making and enable operational efficiency across growth initiatives. 3. Training & Development • Design and execute innovative training programs to enhance employee skills, leadership development, and organizational capability across the entire organization., • Assess training needs and implement solutions that support both employee and business growth., • Monitor and evaluate the impact of training initiatives to ensure measurable value and ROI. 4. Communications & Culture • Lead internal and external communications strategies to ensure transparent, consistent, and compelling messaging., • Champion FloresHR’s culture, reinforcing an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance workplace., • Oversee crisis communication planning and reputation protection. 5. Brand, Identity and Reputation • Develop and execute strategies that strengthen FloresHR’s brand presence, corporate identity, and market reputation., • Lead thought leadership initiatives that position FloresHR as a trusted authority and innovator in HR and client solutions., • Partner with external stakeholders, industry groups, and media to amplify visibility and credibility. 6. Client Retention • Drive strategies to enhance client satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term engagement., • Collaborate with client-facing teams to identify opportunities for improved service delivery and client outcomes., • Monitor feedback, trends, and metrics to proactively address client needs and reinforce trust. 7. Strategic Leadership • Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, FloresHR Board of Directors and Executive Leadership Team, contributing to the development and execution of FloresHR’s strategic vision., • Lead cross-functional initiatives to ensure alignment of sales enablement, brand, and growth strategies., • Ensure scalability, efficiency, and organizational readiness to achieve long-term growth objectives. 8. Performance Metrics and Reporting • Define and track KPIs for sales enablement, growth operations, brand, identity and reputation, communications, and client retention., • Provide regular updates to the CEO and executive team on departmental performance and strategic progress., • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or related field; master’s degree or MBA preferred., • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in sales enablement, brand/reputation management, operations, or related fields, with at least 5 years in senior leadership., • Demonstrated success in building and scaling sales enablement and growth operations functions., • Strong expertise in brand, identity, reputation management, and thought leadership., • Proven ability to design and implement training programs and foster a strong organizational culture., • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Work Environment Flores’ standard work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET with an hour lunch. Roles may be approved for other schedules by managers. This role operates in a professional office environment based out of our Charlotte or Minneapolis/Edina office. This role is mostly sedentary and consists of prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. This role also utilizes other tools such as a phone, copy machine, and printer. Common programs often used are Outlook, Word, and Excel. This position frequently communicates with Flores team members and candidates and must be able to exchange accurate information clearly in these situations. Why Join FloresHR?
