As a Procurement Specialist at Tessenderlo Kerley in Phoenix, AZ, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our plants and projects have the right materials, services, and resources - delivered on time, at the right cost, and with the highest quality. Why Join Us? • Own the Outcomes – Drive sourcing through award and post-award execution, ensuring materials, services and equipment land exactly when needed., • Build Supplier Partnerships – Strengthen quality, delivery and pricing with scorecards and continuous improvement., • Optimize Costs – Identify savings via competitive events, smart negotiations and supplier optimization., • ✅ Manage purchasing for projects and plants (goods, services and MRO) to meet scope, schedule, and quality needs., • ✅ Run sourcing events (RFI/RFQ/RFP), perform bid analyses, and recommend awards with clear risk evaluations., • ✅ Negotiate terms and conditions; support contract reviews and supplier relationship management., • ✅ Track contract and PO deliverables; ensure accurate, timely PO execution and on-time completion., • ✅ Monitor supplier performance with Supplier ScoreCards; address quality or delivery issues proactively., • ✅ Coordinate with internal customers to plan demand and align procurement activity to quantity/quality requirements., • ✅ Maintain anti-corruption and due-diligence checks to meet compliance standards.Qualifications What You’ll Bring • ✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field., • ✔ 3+ years as a Buyer/Procurement Specialist (AG, O&G, or similar industrial environment preferred)., • ✔ Proven delivery across sourcing, contracting and post-award management., • ✔ Collaborative, agile team player able to partner with suppliers and multi-discipline project teams., • ✔ Strong analytical/problem-solving skills; influence decisions with data and clear recommendations., • ✔ Proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint/Word; SAP experience preferred.
