QUALIFICATIONS • Experience in materials management or inventory planning in manufacturing, including hands-on ownership of stocking strategy and reorder points (preferred, not required)., • Engineer-to-order, project-based, or custom manufacturing experience is strongly preferred, where lead times, not forecasts, drive what you buy and when., • Experience with freight and carrier management and shipping large or oversize equipment, including export, international, or heavy-haul logistics, is strongly preferred., • Leadership capability to manage a direct report and direct day-to-day shipping and receiving activity; prior supervisory or operations-leadership experience is preferred., • Hands-on experience with a manufacturing ERP or MRP system, particularly its item master and inventory modules; experience with JobBOSS specifically is a plus., • A track record of building automation that removes manual work: ERP workflows, integrations, scripts, dashboards, or AI tools.
