RESPONSIBILITIES Financial Leadership & Operations • Create and maintain finance policies, ensuring strong internal controls, • Support the COO in managing the annual budgeting process for the organization, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with strategic goals and grant outcomes, • Prepare, analyze and ensure the accuracy of financial statements, including generating quarterly board reports and annual reports, • Partner with senior staff and directors to ensure financial literacy and accountability, • Provide scenario modeling to support leadership decision-making processes, • Collaborate with the Programs & Development departments to ensure financial alignment, • Assist the accounting firm with annual audit process, • Work with the accounting firm to ensure timely processing of invoices and other accounts payable, • Complete all state and federal tax forms, registrations, licenses and insurance needs, • Serve as the ‘point person’ for staff with payroll questions Manage Program Budgets • Support project directors in the creation of their budgets annually, • Regularly improve budget templates to clarify the necessary action, • Support the creation of budget development for new grant proposals, • Support the financial grant reporting functions for active grants, • Track and account for grant deposits, • Review and distribute quarterly financial reports to directors, engaging in ongoing conversation to ensure an understanding of variances, • Approve small staff purchase requests Track and Report Actuals • Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness, • Track monthly cash flow and manage the monthly close process, ensuring accurate and on time team submissions and connections to our accounting firm, • Train staff to complete details for each transaction and review expenses to ensure alignment with policies, • Prepare COO’s expense reports Vendor Management • Manage the relationship with our accounting firm, • Work with the program team to manage travel and events policy and processes, including vendors, tracking consultant contracts and prompt payments, • Manage semi-monthly payroll processes, including salary reconciliation processes, • Working with the executive team, evaluate employee compensation & benefit offerings in line with financially sustainable practices ABOUT YOU • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in finance-specific roles, • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, • Experience with Quickbooks, • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts clearly OUR VALUES In 2020, Future Caucus unveiled a set of organizational value statements developed collaboratively by our team. Overview of the Role The Social Services Coordinator provides Information and Referral, Individual Socialization, and Counseling Services to residents aged 60 and above living in Wards 5 and 6 of the District of Columbia. The goal is to provide older adults and their family caregivers with supportive counseling and information on resources to help maintain and improve the older adults quality of life. Services will be provided via phone, video chat, webinar, and in person at Ward 5 and 6 dining sites, Home First Residences and the lead agency office. This can be done through home visits for homebound seniors who are unable to meet virtually or speak on the phone. This is a community and office-based position with travel to Ward 5 and 6 dining sites, Home First Residences as well as an occasional home visits. OverviewThe Tier I Help Desk Support Technician provides front-line technical support to government end users. This role focuses on timely issue resolution, exceptional customer service, and accurate ticket documentation. Key Responsibilities • Serve as the initial point of contact for OIS requests for service, overseeing emails, calls, chat, walk-ups, and in-person interactions at the OIS Help Desk., • Provide Tier I support for requests received through email, phone, the ServiceNow ticketing system, or direct interaction with USCP customers., • Document all requests for service using the ServiceNow Help Desk ticketing system, ensuring accuracy and completeness., • Communicate information in an effective and clear manner so customer issues are successfully understood and resolved., • Troubleshoot and resolve basic desktop, laptop, tablet, mobile device, printer, and standard application issues, triaging as necessary to ensure timely service., • Support Microsoft Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365 (Email, Teams, OneDrive), and general Exchange/Outlook functions., • Provide password resets, account unlocks, user access assistance, and support for Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and basic network connectivity., • Provide OIS Operations management with regular updates on common issues and identify potential long-term improvements to reduce recurring problems., • Triage and escalate IT issues to Tier II, Tier III, and OIS management in accordance with established procedures., • Support onboarding activities including workstation setup, peripheral configuration, and customer orientation., • Maintain compliance with government IT policies, security protocols, and service-level requirements while working in a fast-paced operational environment. Required Qualifications • Must possess an industry-recognized certification such as CompTIA A+, MCSE, or equivalent., • Minimum of 1 year of experience administering and supporting Windows 10/11 in a help desk or IT support environment., • Experience working with and understanding customer service and customer support principles and methods., • Ability to present formal and informal training or assistance to customers when needed., • Ability to report, respond to, and resolve customer requests in an organized and timely manner., • Demonstrated experience supporting Microsoft Windows (10 and 11), Microsoft Office 365 (Email, Teams, OneDrive), and general Exchange/Outlook functions., • Experience troubleshooting basic computer hardware (desktop, laptop, tablet) and software issues, with the ability to triage effectively., • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment providing continuous support to users and critical operations., • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with customers, peers, technical staff, and Government personnel., • Ability to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust or government clearance and work onsite as required.

Job Description Essential Functions: • Work with the customer (Product Owner and other stakeholders as required) directly on a frequent basis to gather, refine and confirm requirements throughout the project's duration., • Liaise between the developer(s) and the customer to ensure that the customer requirements are clearly communicated to the developer(s)., • Understand the business requirements of the application and translate those requirements to the developers and testers., • Answer questions around the details of confirmed requirements.
