POSITION SUMMARY Under the direction of the Youth Housing Services Manager, the Peer Outreach Navigator is responsible for conducting street outreach to transitional-age youth experiencing housing instability. In this role, the Peer Outreach Navigator will ensure that program participants are linked to internal and external resources, prioritizing resources that enhance the well-being of LGBTQ transitional age youth.
