Job Description Market: Hampton Inn & Hilton Garden Inn Charlotte Uptown. The Chief Maintenance Engineering Manager is a key member of the property management team, responsible for ensuring the hotel is properly maintained and that the maintenance team adheres to all brand and McKibbon standards. This role oversees the repair and upkeep of the hotel’s physical infrastructure, including (but not limited to) plumbing, electrical, HVAC, pool systems, fire and life safety equipment, and general facilities.
