ABOUT THE JOB We are seeking an Executive Personal Assistant (EPA) to serve as a trusted executor and core member of the Office of the Chairman. This role sits at the intersection of personal and business support, requiring someone who operates with discretion, urgency, sound judgement, and strong follow-through in a fast-moving environment. You will help ensure the Chairman’s time, attention, and priorities are managed with precision throughout his personal and business life. You will work closely with the Chairman’s Chief of Staff and Director of Executive Operations, providing hands-on administrative, logistical and personal support while maintaining continuity across a small, high-trust team. While the role offers meaningful long-term growth potential, the immediate priority is execution: keeping details tight, solving problems quickly, staying ahead of changing priorities, and handling the day-to-day work that allows the Chairman to operate at a high level. The role will be based primarily out of the company’s office in Falls Church, as well as the Chairman’s nearby residence, and there may be occasional domestic or international travel. This is not a traditional 9 to 5. Priorities may shift quickly, important matters do not always happen during business hours, and success in this role requires flexibility, responsiveness, and a commitment to high standards. THE EMPLOYER The Chairman is a seasoned business leader engaged in a range of ventures, with an active and fast-moving schedule, spanning business obligations, travel, family commitments, and high-level relationships across multiple industries and geographies. This role is part of a dedicated support structure designed to keep all areas of the Chairman’s world running smoothly. You will work closely with internal leadership and coordinate regularly with staff and external stakeholders to ensure alignment, continuity, and consistent execution. The role is best suited for someone who finds satisfaction in being highly effective, highly trusted, and consistently relied upon. RESPONSIBILITIES Personal Support • Serve as the Chairman’s primary point of support across personal matters, helping ensure his day-to-day life runs smoothly and efficiently, • Coordinate personal appointments, family schedules, reservations, and important personal commitments, • Assist with family events, celebrations, holidays, gifting, and special occasions, • Handle errands, purchases, research projects, and one-off requests, • Coordinate with household staff, vendors, and service providers to ensure strong execution, • Identify quality-of-life issues proactively and help solve them before they become distractions Executive Support • Serve as the Chairman’s primary day-to-day point of support across his professional life, ensuring priorities stay on track and nothing falls through, • Manage a dynamic, ever-changing calendar across multiple commitments, locations, and time zones, • Coordinate meetings, calls, appointments, and scheduling logistics, • Prepare the Chairman for meetings, engagements, and commitments through agendas, briefing materials, reminders, and background research, • Monitor correspondence and draft emails, letters, and other communications in the Chairman’s voice, • Track follow-ups, deadlines, and action items so important matters are consistently advanced, • Manage domestic and international travel end-to-end, including itineraries, accommodations, transportation, and contingency planning, across both professional and personal commitments, • Provide 360 coverage, anticipating needs throughout the day and responding quickly as priorities shift, • Maintain absolute discretion across business matters, relationships, and sensitive information Team & Operational Support • Work closely with the Chief of Staff and Director of Executive Operations to maintain alignment on priorities, schedules, and upcoming needs, • Step in where helpful on administrative, logistical, or project-based needs across the broader Office of the Chairman, • Help improve systems, organization, communication flow, and internal processes as opportunities arise, • Take on increased responsibility and broader ownership over time as the role evolves MUST HAVES • Prior experience supporting a senior executive, entrepreneur, family office principal, or public figure in an executive assistant, personal assistant, chief of staff, or similar high-level support role. Backgrounds in luxury hospitality, private household, or client-facing service roles are equally considered, • Strong customer service and hospitality instincts, with a natural understanding of responsiveness, professionalism, presentation, and how to create a seamless experience for others, • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple moving pieces at a time, • Strong written and verbal communication skills, • Proven ability to remain calm, polished, and effective in a high-demand environment, • Strong judgment, discretion, and professionalism with sensitive information, • Tech proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, calendars, spreadsheets, and digital communication tools, • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, • Flexibility for occasional travel ABOUT YOU • Highly reliable, naturally accountable, and takes ownership without being asked, • Calm under pressure and solutions-oriented when plans change, • Organized, sharp, and consistently two steps ahead, • Comfortable operating behind the scenes while making a visible impact through your work, • Equally polished in both business and personal settings, • Self-directed, but collaborative and easy to work with, • Motivated by high standards and the opportunity to earn deep trust over time COMPENSATION & BENEFITS The compensation range for this role is $90,000 to $120,000, with final offers based on experience, qualifications, and overall fit.
