    We are looking for a detail oriented, reliable Account Manager to work under moderate supervision to provide customer service for remittance-related inquiries within a set client base. The candidate would be responsible for processing payroll files containing sensitive 403(b) data, resolving discrepancies, and working closely with personnel in the business office. They would be responsible for accurate and timely work, in order to meet internal deadlines as well as external IRS deadlines. Essential Functions: · Process payroll files (.xls, .csv, .txt) through database to perform validation checks. · Review reports for inaccuracies and contact clients for clarification as needed. · Reconcile discrepancies in accordance with established deadlines. · Perform research, investigation and analysis on issues arising from inquiries and inconsistencies in data to reach resolution. · Send, track, and follow-up on correspondences from clients and participants. · Input data into system platforms and keep records updated. · High level of attention to detail is required. · Communicate effectively with various levels within the company and with clients.
