Job Description Schedule: Monday-Friday availability required Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week (at least 3 full days of availability required) Reliable vehicle required We are hiring a highly detail-oriented, coachable, and service-driven professional to join our growing real estate media team in the Nashville area. This is not just a photography job. This role represents our brand in the field. You will work directly with agents and homeowners, capture high-quality listing media, and deliver a polished, white-glove client experience every time. If you are someone who reads the full instruction manual, remembers the small details, thrives on checklists, and takes pride in doing things the right way, while still enjoying the creative side of work, you may be exactly who we are looking for. No prior real estate photography experience is required. The right mindset, professionalism, and attention to detail matter far more than technical background. Schedule & Availability • Monday-Friday availability needed, • Approximately 20 hours per week, • Must be available at least 3 full days per week, • Some twilight availability also needed (7:00 PM - 8:30 PM in summer), • Work occurs during daytime business hours (9am-5pm), • Flexibility and reliability are essential, • Driving between shoots is paid time. You clock in at your first appointment and clock out at your last. What You’ll Do • Travel locally to residential properties for scheduled appointments, • Capture interior and exterior listing media following a structured shot list, • Represent our company professionally with agents and homeowners, • Take ownership of the on-site experience, you are the “captain” during each shoot, • Follow detailed processes and checklists with consistency, • Upload media after each shoot, no editing required, • Maintain organization and accuracy across every appointment, • Deliver a high-level, white-glove and enjoyable client experience Compensation & Growth Path • Up to $30/hour, • Paid training (2-3 weeks depending on experience), • Bonus pay for evening/twilight shoots, • Paid for full working window between first and last appointment, • Additional travel compensation for shoots 40+ miles from home, • Company provides all professional gear (camera, drone, gimbal, etc.) Drone certification is required. We cover the FAA Part 107 exam and provide study materials, you just need to commit to passing. What We’re Looking For • Extremely detail-oriented and organized, • Strong customer service and communication skills, • Coachable and open to feedback, • Positive attitude with a problem-solving mindset, • Comfortable driving locally, • Comfortable using basic technology, • Eager to grow long-term within the company, • Lives within 15 miles of Nashville, TN (preferably east/north: Hendersonville, Goodlettsville, Hermitage, Madison) Real Estate Photography or general photography experience is a plus, but not required.
