Responsibilities • Manage the practice’s financial transactions using Dentrix, including billing, invoicing, and bookkeeping tasks., • Oversee appointment scheduling and calendar management to optimize patient flow and reduce wait times., • Serve as the front desk receptionist, greeting patients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy., • Handle multi-line phone systems, providing exceptional customer service and support to patients and their families., • Maintain accurate data entry records, file documents systematically, and perform proofreading to ensure error-free communication., • Support office management duties such as organizing supplies, managing filing systems, and maintaining a clean reception area., • Prior office experience in a healthcare or dental setting is highly preferred., • Demonstrated clerical experience with proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace applications., • Experience with phone etiquette, customer service, and data entry is essential for success in this role., • Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse patient populations., • Knowledge of dental receptionist duties such as appointment scheduling, insurance processing, and personal assistant tasks is advantageous., • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment., • Health insurance, • Paid time off Work Location: In person
