This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the future of our company by driving new business and contributing directly to our growth in the thriving Milwaukee market, which includes a significant demand for commercial landscape maintenance services, including snow removal. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and closing new commercial landscape maintenance contracts with a target value of $1MM-$2MM annually. Key Responsibilities • Lead Generation: Identify and secure commercial landscape maintenance leads through networking, market research, cold calling, and strategic prospecting., • Strategic Sales: Tailor proposals to meet client needs, showcasing our expertise in commercial landscaping, including snow removal., • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with potential clients in Milwaukee., • Negotiation and Closing: Close commercial landscape maintenance contracts, including snow removal services., • Collaboration: Work with teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction., • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred., • 3+ years of proven sales experience in B2B sales, preferably in commercial landscaping, construction, or a related industry., • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets., • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal., • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities., • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a high level of motivation., • Opportunity to earn a highly competitive compensation package with significant commission potential., • Work for a well-respected, established commercial landscaping company with a strong client base., • Supportive and collaborative team environment., • Potential for career growth and advancement within the company., • Compensation OTE (On Target Earnings): $120,000 - $140,000, • Uncapped commissions Potential: Opportunity to significantly increase earnings based on sales performance., • Annual Bonus, • Company Vehicle, • Laptop and Cell Phone, • Health benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision) Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your relevant experience and why you are excited about this opportunity to .
