POSITION OVERVIEW The position involves a high level of guest interaction and serves as the first point of contact for all guests. The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for assisting guests with check-in and check-out, answering and processing phone calls, and resolving guest concerns to ensure complete satisfaction.
