Job seekers interested in working in a high-energy environment with growth opportunities and flexible hours should start their application today!Compensation: $14 - $15 hourly Responsibilities: • Take incoming calls, online and in-person room bookings requests, and answer questions about guests’ needs involving room rates, available rooms, amenities, rewards programs, and special requests, • Mitigate customer complaints as needed, • Work with the housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are ready for new guests, • Welcome, register, check-in, and check out guests staying at the hotel, provide keys and room numbers, and record credit card information, • General bookkeeping: ensure all hotel guest account information is accurate and up-to-date, • Welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression upon arrival, • Provide efficient and accurate check-in and check-out services while maintaining attention to detail, • Deliver attentive service by responding quickly and effectively to guests' questions, needs, and concerns, • Create a warm, hospitable environment by maintaining professionalism and courtesy throughout every interaction, • Manage reservations, assign rooms, and update guest information within hotel systems, • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms and requests are fulfilled promptly, • Maintain the front desk and lobby areas to reflect a clean, organized, and inviting atmosphere, • Accurately process payments, handle cash, and ensure proper financial procedures are followed, • Resolve guest concerns in a timely manner to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business, • Be able to work on your feet for a typical shift for 8 hours at a time in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Qualifications: • Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations, • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems, • Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational skills, and customer service skills, • 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry as a hotel front desk agent, hotel receptionist, or guest service specialist preferred, • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent, • 3 pm-11 pm, • Strong customer service skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences, • Effective problem-solving abilities with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset, • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members, • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, • Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize responsibilities efficiently, • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks, • Basic computer proficiency, including data entry and typing skills, • Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift), • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays About Company Founded in 2005, Rolling Hills Hospitality operates 15 hotel properties with a central focus on exceeding the expectations of its guests.
