Responsibilities: • Reserve rooms for guests at appropriate rates and process individual and group reservations in a timely and efficient manner. Perform check-in and check-out functions with courtesy, speed, and accuracy., • Observe practices that ensure guest privacy. Limit access to guest and business records to authorized persons., • Respond to guest needs, requests, and complaints, • Maintain records for registration, departure, room charges, room changes, valet and telephone charges, safety deposit boxes, etc. Complete paperwork legibly, promptly, and accurately. Efficiently handle all payment methods and perform shift bucket checks., • Maintain desk area in a neat and orderly fashion and stock supplies the front desk and lobby supplies., • Previous experience in customer service, front desk service, or other related fields, • Must possess the ability to work all shifts as required., • Strong organizational skills The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
