In this role, you will plan, coordinate, and deploy resources to support organizational growth, champion continuous improvement, and ensure our teams are set up to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations. You will work closely with a dedicated group of Production, Shipping & Receiving, Supply Chain, Technical Support, and Operations professionals—collaborating to achieve best-in-class lead times and exceptional product quality. This position reports directly to the Operations Manager. What You Will Do • Set clear and achievable production and cell-level targets and guide teams to meet these goals., • Manage daily assembly cell operations, including scheduling, production quality, material shortages, and nonconformance reporting., • Lead production employees in performance management, safety, and ongoing training and development., • Work cross-functionally to strengthen production processes and allocate resources to meet business and customer demands., • Partner with product management to ensure sustainable production for key products; drive design for manufacturing/automation improvements; support new product integration and engineering changes., • Build a culture of continuous improvement focused on effective labor and material management; lead and evaluate CI initiatives., • Collaborate with operational leadership to align production requirements with business strategies and prepare monthly production reports., • Maintain production standards to ensure accurate labor reporting and costing., • Ensure compliance with local requirements and maintain a safe working environment., • Perform other duties as assigned. Performance Objectives • Production cells operate effectively with staffing aligned to business needs., • Lean principles are consistently implemented across the organization., • Performance management and employee development practices are systematic and well-executed., • Production schedules and resource allocation drive efficient, timely, and productive output.
