Job Description General Job Summary: Under the general direction of the VP of External Affairs and Education, the Funeral Services and Medical Examiner Liaison develops, implements, maintains, and evaluates donation strategies within the organization’s donor service area to maximize the number of organs and tissues recovered and transplanted. The Liaison develops and cultivates relationships with the Medical Examiner’s Office and Funeral Homes that result in optimal organ, eye, and tissue donation outcomes. The Liaison provides prompt, effective service to Funeral Home and Medical Examiner partners to enhance professional relationships, provide excellent service delivery, and increase donation awareness through education. The Liaison also works closely with all teams to ensure seamless, comprehensive, and collaborative service delivery. The Liaison also ensures the best possible support to donors and their families throughout the donation process. Position may require travel to Infinite Legacy regional offices.
