Job DescriptionAccount Manager - Bilingual Chinese *Detail Oriented, organize and have experience with retail/wholesale business. Essential Job Functions: · Contact regular and prospective B2B customers to provide product information, explain product features, submit samples and catalogs when needed. · Recommend products to customers based on each account’s needs and interests. · Answer clients’ questions about products, pricing, availability, and functionalities. · Provide price quote, terms, lead time, estimated delivery date, warranty, and other information to existing and prospective clients. · Solicit and follow through the orders with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and provide ongoing support. · Work closely with regional Sale Representatives to identify prospective B2B customers, follow leads from existing clients, and attend tradeshows and conferences. · Monitor market trend, product innovations, competitors' products, prices, and sales to provide educated recommendations to internal teams, suppliers, and clients. · Perform administrative and analytical duties, such as keeping sales records, preparing forecast, sales, inventory, and profitability analysis. · Work with Shipping department, warehouse, and factories to ensure orders are being processed in a timely manner and they are in-compliance with all the regulations and requirements. · Issue Direct Import PO’s to factories, follow through and provide updates to reflect the most current delivery schedules and ETA’s. · Work closely with suppliers to identify and resolve issues, including QC, packaging, testing, product compliance etc. · Provide promotions, closeout offers, special buys to feature company’s products in stores and online. · Submit, review, and maintain online content such as product description, features, images, videos, and consumer feedback. · Review open customer order report and work with Shipping team, warehouse staff and Accounting team to ensure prompt fulfillment. · Analyze data and generate reports upon request of management team. Required Skills: · Effectively function in a fast-paced team environment. · Strong organizational, follow through and time management skills. · Strong analytical and problem solving techniques · Detail oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure · Proficient computer skills working with Microsoft Office, and specifically EXCEL · MS Dynamics Navision ERP system skill is a plus. · Bilingual in English and Mandarin in conversation is required, written is a plus Qualifications: · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Work communicate with: Customer Service team, Sales team, Oversea contacts, Supplier contacts, Accounting team, Warehouse and Marketing team. · Critical thinking and problem solving. · Interpersonal skills with results-driven focus. · Multitasking and dependability. · Ability to work as part of a team and self-motivated enough to work independently. Experience: · 3+ years of experience in account management is preferred Education: · Bachelor's degree in business, business administration, or related field.
