Responsibilities: • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers., • Prospect and contact potential customers both in residential and commercial field., • Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline., • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints., • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments., • Perform building material take-offs., • Travel regularly throughout the area to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders or talk with customers by phone., • Coordinate with Inside Sales Coordinator for estimating, quotes, and to keep account activities up to date., • Collaborate with Design Team to ensure design accuracy and delivery deadline is met., • Background in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field, • Extensive experience in lumber, floor and roof trusses in commercial and multifamily businesses., • Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills, • Highly motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals, • Strong written and verbal communication skills, • Ability to build rapport with clients, • High school diploma or GED (Required)., • Degree in a 4-year accredited university (Preferred).
